Landlord and tenant
Our team advises both landlords and tenants in relation to various matters.

We can assist with all legal aspects of property portfolio management, from drafting commercial property lease agreements or advising on residential  tenancy agreements, to offering lease extension advice.

We also advise clients on any reconfiguration of their occupational requirements, whether reducing the space they have or seeking new space. We take the pressure off our clients so they can concentrate on running their business.

We assist and advise in the negotiation of the heads of terms of leases from the outset, this results in a smoother and swifter transaction with fewer complications at the point of agreeing the final lease. Our aim is to ensure the heads of terms strike a fair balance between the parties.
